AGREEMENTS

• Full payment must be made 3 days in advance of starting date by cash, credit card or bank transfer.
• Class on Sunday, and before 8:00 AM or after 7:00 PM will have an addition charge is $1.00/hour/person.
• Tuition fee is refundable at 50% of the balance.
• Tuition fee is transferable but valid within 3 months since the last day of the student stop studying, and automatically expire after this period of time.

Student Performance:

• Study at least 4.5 hours/month (on – campus), and 6 hours/month (off-campus)
• Complete the Final Test at the end of each 40-hour-course.
• Minimize class cancellation, only 20% of  total hours/ course are allowed.

Class cancellation:

• Individual Tutorial: A 6-hour prior notice must be given or class will be charged as normally. Make – up class will be arranged without extra fee but within 20% of total hours/ course.
• For Couple class or Small group: make-up class is not applicable for individual cancellation. If there is a desired make-up class, student will be billed at private tutorial rate.
• For a long-term cancellation: a 1 week prior notice must be given, and the study duration will be extended but not more than 25% of estimated duration.
• If the teacher has to be absent for any reason, a substitute will be arranged for the class.
